blog #2

This job is perfect for me because I am a self motivated and outgoing person who loves to take on new challenges. I am also a peoples person who likes to get the job done the first time and avoid a repetitious process. I am skilled in many different areas in the professional world such as sales management, focus marketing, and advertising. I also have skills in computer programming and have knowledge in many different computer programs such as Microsoft word, power point, outlook, excel, and pro-tools. I feel that I would be a great asset to this company by offering my skills and expertise that I have received in my training.
My education has prepared and trained me through a wide variety of courses and classes such as marketing, advertisement, economics, sells, accounting, and statistics. These courses has given me the proper training, know how, and information that I need to further my career in the marketing field. I also did an internship for a company called elite marketing which gave me a on the job hands on experience in sales and marketing which has shown me technique on how marketing effects sales. It also showed me the meaning of pushing the sell to the customer to encourage and entice them to buy different products.
I have never had a problem with my boss we tend to get along very well. I have learned during my many job experience to ask question to know what is exactly expected of me so I can do the job as it should be done. Unfortunately I have had a problem with one of my professors only because I felt like he was not explaining the assignments in the way that he wanted them completed. The problem was resolved by me asking excessive question so that I could get a mental picture of what it was he wanted exactly when it pertained to the assignments.
I am very much a team player. I love working in groups and teams because it gets the job done faster, more effective, and more efficiently. It also generates more ideas on how the job can be done better. When working as a team you learn how to work with people which builds and develops people skills and respect for fellow employees. In the world today mostly everything that we do involves working with others in a group forum or even as a team. I have always lived by the motto's there is strength in numbers and two heads are better than one.

Hello my name is Eric Keels I am a proud parent of one six year old daughter who’s name is Nakyla and  who i love dearly although is is quite a handful. I am a full time student here at Davenport University and I also work full time for a company called Albar Industries where I supervise the paint department. I also run and operate a music studio where I record artist around the Flint area and also practice my craft of being a musician. I am currently a junior here at Davenport University where I am studying to obtain my bachelors degree in business administration marketing. Technical communication is very important in any field today. The world is becoming a technical universe where mostly everything is done on a computer via internet. In my field of study it is important because it will allow my to research and study products that I may be promoting or even interested in finding out what consumers think about that product. Technical communication also allows me to deal with a wide mass of people without traveling around the world to do it. It allows me to travel within a global market at the touch of a finger.
