Blog three constructive criticism

I think that constructive criticism can be very good in the work place sometimes. I believe that constructive criticism can help and teach people of their weak points and make them a stronger individual but only if they are capable of hearing the truth about themselves. Sometimes people cannot handle hearing the truth about themselves so instead of taking the information and using it to make themselves better they may disagree with the information and feel like that person may have offended them. In my professional hobby which is a music producer I take as well as give constructive criticism on a daily basis for me as a receiver of constructive criticism I use this information as fuel to make me better in the areas that I may be slaking in. I love to hear constructive criticism because it helps me as a person become a better listener as well as a better person. I can remember a time when I gave a person some real constructive criticism not to hurt them but simply answering the question they had asked me so that they can go back and fix the problem. When I answered the question this person immediately got very angry and told me I had no clue what I was talking about and that I was an extreme hater. In conclusion you have to know what type of person that you are dealing with before you offer criticism because they might not be the type that can handle it. So know what I do if someone ask me for my opinion on how their music sounds I simply ask how does it sound to you cause that’s all that matters.
